You will be able to use your gate code to access your storage unit or stored vehicle from 6 AM to 9 PM daily.
The Freedom Self Storage facility in Shelton, WA has a number of security features that will help to keep you and your stored possessions and/or vehicles safe. The facility has surveillance cameras installed that monitor the property 24 hours a day. At night, the facility is lit. In addition, it is fully fenced and gated.
We accept the following payment options: Visa, MasterCard, Cashier’s Checks, Money Orders, Personal Checks, and Business Checks. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we do not accept cash.
Yes, we make it easy for you to handle your monthly payment and to avoid late fees. If you want to get set up on Autopay, call our Site Manager to have an Autopay Authorization form sent to you, or click here to find and download the form. Fill out the form and drop if off at our office.
At Freedom Self Storage, all of our storage units are Outside Drive-Up Units with roll-up doors. Because these units are on the ground floor and have large doors, they allow you to conveniently park in front of your unit and unload your belongings directly from your vehicle, truck, or moving van.
Yes. To help keep your storage unit secure, we require high quality disc locks, which we provide when you rent with us. Note that you’ll be the only one with a key for your disk lock, so store it in a safe place.
We are happy to rent a storage unit to you for at least one full month. After that, you can rent month-to-month.
For our customers’ convenience, we offer a month-to-month lease. So whether you need a storage unit for one or two months while you remodel your home, or you are downsizing and need long-term storage, you can storage your goods with us knowing you can move out at any time.
When you decide to move out, please give us a 10 to 15 day notice so that we will know what type of storage inventory we will have for future customers. Also, to avoid an additional month’s rent, be sure to vacate your storage unit by the last day of the month. We do not prorate rent when you move out.
No. If you want to use shelving in your unit, you will need to purchase and use free-standing shelves.
Unfortunately, no. All items stored in your storage unit must be removed when you leave. Please be sure to dispose of your garbage at home.
